Business Model workshop ism Board of Innovation

During a 4 hour workshop, participants will learn the Why, What, and How of Business
Model Development. They will be inspired to think about new business concepts for their
own ideas and businesses:
Which stakeholders do we target?
What are alternative ways to monetize our offer?
What can we learn from international and local success examples?
It will be a truly innovative experience!
Workshop facilitator and experience
The workshop will be facilitated by Philippe De Ridder, co-founder at Board of
Innovation. Philippe De Ridder is an international consultant and speaker. He delivers
keynotes and workshops at University of Brussels, HSE Moscow, Antwerp Management
School, IIT Bombay, startups, and corporates from P&G to Electrolux and Carglass.
