European Seal of e-Excellence

The European Seal of e-Excellence rewards ICT and Digital Media companies with an excellent track record in innovation marketing. Awarded annually since 2003 by the EMF and its Partner Associations, the Seal is widely known for recognizing companies with:
innovative products and services; excellence in the marketing thereof. Winners are announced each year at an Award Ceremony at CeBIT, the European trade show for the ICT industries.
Companies & institutions to whom the Seal is attributed:
are entitled to publicly display and refer to the ‘European Seal of E-Excellence’ logo; receive a free membership in the EMF; may apply for a free-of-charge international business development audit carried out by the Team of the E-Accelerator; are entitled to preferential rates for all E-Accelerator services.
Marc canter is de oprichter van Macromind, voor velen misschien een onbekend bedrijf, maar Macromind werd nadien Macromedia en de rest van het verhaal kennen jullie allicht wel!
Marc Canter is een persoonlijkheid die me altijd geboeid heeft, niet alleen zijn persoonlijkheid, maar ook zijn visionaire ideëen, een beetje wacko, maar ja..., anders zou hij niet doen wat hij doet. Marc heeft recent een boek uitgebracht 'How to build the open mesh', verder is er ook een video waarin hij zijn concept rond 'People Aggregation' uitlegt. Zijn visie kadert in de era van sociale media en sociale netwerken die vandaag de dag hoog in het vaandel staan. Just fyi, de video is een 30 tal minuten, maar de moeite even je tijd hiervoor te nemen!
plugMedia zijn eerste duoloog, een succesvol event met een complementaire mix van leden uit de verschillende media organisaties. Follow up afspraken zijn gemaakt, en leden kregen ook een zicht hoe andere mensen/bedrijven zichzelf verkopen! Zij die niet zijn komen opdagen hebben iets gemist!
A one day conference, payable and very interesting! dConstruct speakers were carefully selected, mainly from the US, who gave some insides on the evolution on the social web. It is clear that we are only at the beginning of the social web.
